Dark Symphony Album 2
Well Album 1 is now complete and we are now cleaning up, clearing out, and making room for Album 2. Dark Symphony Album 2 is being written, and scheduled for an August 2026 release date. Dark Symphony Album 1 was released on August 23 / 25, but since as new Artist on the scene, the process of publishing our music started on our release date. Long story short, 2 months later we are still filling out our Artist profiles as our vendors set us up in their digital stores. We also had to create this website as the digital stores create our profile. Some vendors are still setting us up. The 2nd Album release will be instant as our vendors and artist profiles will all be complete. So, if you are a new Artist in music, there is a first time process.

Album 2 Line Up
The 1st song on the new Album is called "Anger". The original title was "I don't want to live my life in anger" but the title was too much to remember, so we went with "Anger"."
Song 2 on Album 2 is called "Everything". Again the song chorus is "Everything depends on Everything", but again, too much to remember. So we went with "Everything".
Both songs are fast and upbeat and give off a good energy. We have a total of 9 songs going on Album 2, and we are looking forward to whatever should develop. As always, having fun.
Our 3rd song recorded on Dec.5, 2025 is called "Holiday". The song chorus is "Everybody needs a little holiday" which is, of course, is too long to remember.
The process of song writing Dark Symphony
The song writing process is the same for Album 2 as is was for Album 1. Once the song is written, I record the base instrument, which is usually the guitar, and then I record my voice track. Once that is done I put the song in the oven for a week (I put the song away and I don't listen to it for a week or so by working on another song.) By doing this it is like hearing the song fresh. If it passes, flows nicely, the song is a keeper, and the process continues, otherwise it's back to the writing table.
I record the Bass next, and we map out Donna's lyrics for the song. Once passed, Donna takes the Bass track, learns it, and then makes it her own, then the Bass is recorded. Next is Drums, Keyboard, and Lead Guitar. The songs are written so we can play a live show, there are no double tracks of extra voices. All instruments are actual instruments. My guitar is a Left handed Fender Stratocaster, and I have some FX that makes my sound my own sound. Donna plays a Fender Jazz Bass along with her bag of FX. Our Drums are Pearl and are fully mic'ed for recording or live play. Keyboard is Casio with it's bag of FX. All this makes our band sound unique, our own sound.
I had 9 songs picked out to work on the Album 2, but new and better songs are keeping my attention. Album 1 was "let's put ourselves out there", and Album 2 is "let's write some rock and roll." I am tired of slow. So, good things are in the pipeline for 2026. Thank you for listening to our music. Michael Golchuk 12-05-25
